Dr. Ashley Sullivan
As a little girl, I cherished spending time with my family and, most of all, animals. I loved visiting my grandmother’s farm and playing with her menagerie of critters. Those trips definitely sparked my love for animals from the early age of 5. I have always had a tender heart for the hurting and sick, and wanted to be able to help others. This passion is what drove me to a career of caring for others. I started volunteering in a veterinary hospital when I was 14, and that experience solidified my decision to venture into the wonderful field of Veterinary Medicine.
I had the pleasure of spending my undergraduate years at Western Kentucky University, studying animal science and biology. I continued my education at Tuskegee University School of Veterinary Medicine, where I graduated in 2012. I practiced in a small animal clinic in Louisville, Kentucky for several years and joined Tates Creek Animal Hospital in 2017 as the primary veterinarian.
I look forward to caring for the patients and their families for many years to come. I am lucky to call Tates Creek Animal Hospital my “forever home”.
